First customer - 10 day guarantee!
We love and trust the products we make so much, we want you to love and trust in them too. That's why we offer a 10 day guarantee to our first time customers. Our candles won't make you feel uncomfortable in your own home, and we are more than willing to back up that statement with a guarantee. 10 days from the delivery date of your package, if you don't like the way the candles burns you can send them back to us (shipping label on us!) and receive a full refund or exchange for your candle.
*Candles cannot be fully burned to empty, candles cannot be past the halfway mark of the jar when claiming our 10 day guarantee.

For returning customers: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days without processing fees.
- Please note that items returned within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment source.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the www.scarlett-sky.com website.
- Returns must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition.
- The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging.
- Shipping costs (if payed by the customer) of returned items are non-refundable.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, you will need to return it for a refund. Once this is done, you will then need to make a new purchase for the item you want.
Returns received after 14 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Scarlett Sky Brands and will be for store credit only.
WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE?
If there is an issue with the product itself or you received the wrong one, please email email@example.com with your order number and pictures of wrong, damaged, or defective item. Wrong, damaged, or defective items will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you received the wrong item, we will provide you with a return and shipping label. Even if the wrong item was sent, returns must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging.
If items are delivered and you can't seem to find them, you are more than welcome to reach out to us, although we recommend reaching out to your local post office or distribution center and file a claim. We are more than happy to file a claim on your behalf of the missing package, however we will not refund or replace your order until the claim has been completed and verified it is/was missing through the carrier.
